coreless grindstoneCoreless grinding, also known as centreless grinding, is an advanced grinding process technology. The following is a brief introduction to coreless grinding: Working Principle: Coreless grinding works mainly through two grinding wheels, the guide wheel and the grinding wheel. The guide wheel drives the cylindrical workpiece to rotate on the pad while the grinding wheel grinds the workpiece. Machining efficiency: This technology enables continuous production machining without the need for tool feeding, workpiece clamping, etc., thus greatly reducing copying time and increasing productivity. Machining accuracy: Due to the use of a centreless device, it is possible to align the ends of small-diameter shaft parts, ensuring high precision and quality of machining. Wideness of application: The coreless grinder is widely used in industrial production, mainly for processing shaft-type parts, such as bearing parts of automobile engines, valve stems and transmission shafts. |
